Late Registration Policy  

Any individual registering after Aug. 17, 2026, will lose their complimentary registration and will pay a per-person attendee fee determined by sponsorship level (includes a late fee):

• Carrier Alliances: $1,050
• Solution Alliances: $1,050
  
  

Cancellation Policy

UBA Alliances are required to email support@UBAbenefits.com by Aug. 17 to cancel a registration. Any cancellation after the registration close date will not be considered for refund or any waiver of fees. If a hotel room is booked and canceled past the cancellation deadline, the hotel may also charge a fee.

What Is Included

• One draped table with two chairs.
• Complimentary registrations per booth space, with admission to general sessions, afternoon workshops, breakfasts, lunches, and welcome reception.
• Access to the UBA Conference app Backstage. A login will be sent to the person listed on the booth registration.

What Is Not Included

• Booth furnishings
• Inbound and outbound shipping and freight handling
• Electrical and internet services
• Audiovisual equipment
• Booth installation and dismantling
• Booth cleaning
• Individual booth security

Hotel Requests

• Requests outside of shipping, AV, electrical, or internet services must be coordinated directly through UBA. This includes additional space, events, room drops, and food or beverage orders.
