Hotel Requests
Please note that all requests beyond AV, shipping, electrical, internet or phone must be handled through UBA directly.
Any requests for additional space, events, room drops, food and beverage orders MUST be done through UBA.
What is Included
- One draped table with two chairs
- Complimentary registrations per booth space, with admission to general sessions, afternoon workshops, breakfasts, lunches, and welcome reception
- Access to the UBA Conference app, Whova - a login will be sent to the person listed on the booth registration
What is Not Included
- Booth furnishings
- Inbound and outbound shipping and freight handling
- Electrical and internet services
- Audiovisual equipment
- Booth installation and dismantling
- Booth cleaning
- Individual booth security

Use the QR code on your name badge or in the Whova app to exchange contact information and gather attendee contacts. To collect leads, scroll down to the Exhibitor Hub on the app home page, and choose “Collect Leads/Contacts.”

- Select the number of attendees ("free attendee" registration credits may be applied on the final payment page)
- Select booth space
- Purchase additional sponsorship options
What if I register after Jan. 8?
Any individual registering after Jan. 8 will lose their complimentary registration and will pay the following per-person attendee fee determined by level as follows (includes a late fee):
Silver: $800
Gold: $1,050
Platinum: $1,300
Cancellations
UBA Alliances are required to email support@UBAbenefits.com by the registration close date; any cancellation after the registration close date will not be considered for refund or any waiver of fees.
If a hotel room is booked and canceled past the cancellation deadline, the hotel may also charge a fee.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual.
